FOR A TRANSFER STATION IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to construct, equip and furnish a transfer station in Raton in Colfax county.
