FOR REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO A DAM IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY IRRIGATION DISTRICT IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to repair and improve a dam in the Antelope valley irrigation district in Colfax county.
