FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL GYMNASIUM IN THE LOVING PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to complete construction of and equip the gymnasium at the Loving middle school in the Loving public school district in Eddy county.
