REQUESTED BY John A. Heaton

FOR MAIN STREET PROJECT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for improvements to the streetscape and the Canal street parking lot for the main street project in the downtown area of Carlsbad in Eddy county.
