FOR WATER GATES FOR DITCHES ORIGINATING FROM THE GALLINA RIVER IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to install water gates for ditches originating from the Gallina river in San Miguel county.
