FOR TRANSPORTING TREATED EFFLUENT WATER FOR IRRIGATION IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for pumps and pipelines to transport treated effluent water from the wastewater treatment plant to the municipal golf course and school athletic fields for irrigation in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
