FOR THEATER CURTAINS FOR THE CAPITAN PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM IN THE CAPITAN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase theater curtains for the Capitan parent-teacher association performing arts program in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
