HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 240

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,850,000) for improvements, including a water tank, fire pumps and detection equipment, to the fire sprinkler system in hangar building 1083 at the Roswell industrial air center in Chaves county; and

five hundred forty thousand dollars ($540,000) for phase 5 improvements to the Cielo Grande recreation area soccer complex in Roswell in Chaves county.
