FOR EQUIPPING THE AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM IN THE CAPITAN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to equip the after-school program in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
