FOR THE DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) for the design and improvement of the wastewater treatment plant in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
