FOR ENGINEERING, PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING PHASE 1 FOR THE CUBA SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for engineering, planning, designing and constructing phase 1 for the Cuba sewer system improvements project in Sandoval county.
