FOR ENGINEERING, PLANNING AND DESIGN OF PHASE 2 FOR THE CUBA WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for engineering, planning and design of phase 2 for the Cuba water system improvements project in Sandoval county.
