FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING AN ACCESS ROAD TO THE SENIOR CENTER IN PECOS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to plan, design and construct an access road to the senior center in Pecos in San Miguel county.
