FOR REAUTHORIZING A
SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO IMPROVE CAMP ASAAYI AT BOWL CANYON
RECREATIONAL AREA IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.
The balance of the proceeds from the sale
of severance tax bonds appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs
pursuant to Subsection E of Section 16 of Chapter 367 of Laws 1993 and
reauthorized in Laws 1996, Chapter 14, Section 32 for the purpose of planning,
designing or constructing a swimming pool at Bowl Canyon recreational area in
McKinley county shall not be expended for the original or reauthorized purpose
but is reauthorized and appropriated to improve Camp Asaayi at Bowl Canyon. The period of time in which this
appropriation may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008.
