FOR ASPHALT OVERLAY ON WILBUR ROAD FROM THE INTERSECTION WITH TAPIA BOULEVARD WEST TO THE END OF THE ROAD IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-one thousand dollars ($71,000) for asphalt overlay on Wilbur road from the intersection with Tapia boulevard west to the end of the road in the south valley area of Bernalillo county.
