FOR EXPANSION, RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE ACUTE CARE FACILITY AT MINERS' COLFAX MEDICAL CENTER IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the miners' Colfax medical center

five million dollars ($5,000,000) from the miners' trust fund to renovate, make site improvements, including asbestos abatement, and construct the expansion of the acute care facility for the miners' Colfax medical center in Raton in Colfax county.
