FOR CONSTRUCTING, FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING A CHILD-CARE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING FACILITY IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for constructing, furnishing and equipping a child-care, education and training facility in Raton in Colfax county.
