FOR PURCHASING A MOTOR GRADER FOR THE SMITH LAKE CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase a motor grader to maintain school bus routes for the Smith Lake chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
