FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING AN EMERGENCY SHELTER FOR SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) to plan and design an emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence in Gallup in McKinley county.
