HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 106

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Nick L. Salazar

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty-one thousand six hundred ninety-eight dollars ($51,698) to improve the district 3 Old Santa Fe road in Taos county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a community and emergency response center in Taos county.
