FOR CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MULTIPURPOSE PARK IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million four hundred sixty thousand dollars ($1,460,000) to construct, make improvements to, landscape and furnish the multipurpose park in Belen in Valencia county.
