FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE JUAN PEREA INTERSECTION IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($185,000) for construction and improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to the Juan Perea intersection in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
