HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 26

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Brian K. Moore

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CLAYTON IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) for the repair and reconditioning of the water tower in Clayton in Union county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for repair and maintenance of streets in Clayton in Union county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 4 of remodeling the Clayton civic center in Clayton in Union county; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for phase 2 of the remodeling of the swimming pool in Clayton in Union county.
