HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 25

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR TUCUMCARI IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million six hundred twelve thousand three hundred dollars ($1,612,300) to repair, renovate and expand the wastewater treatment plant in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

six hundred seventy-one thousand eight hundred seventy-five dollars ($671,875) to design and construct water and sewer underground infrastructure in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for improvements and equipment for the Tucumcari recreation center in Quay county.
