FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HARDING COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND COMMUNITY CENTER.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for improvements to the Harding county courthouse and community center.
