FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE ARCH HURLEY CONSERVANCY DISTRICT IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to upgrade the computer system in the Arch Hurley conservancy district in Quay county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred sixty-two thousand dollars ($262,000) for a trencher for the Arch Hurley conservancy district in Quay county.
