HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 13

FOR THE PALACE OF THE GOVERNORS' PROJECT AND A VETERANS' MEMORIAL AND UNDERGROUND PARKING STRUCTURE IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the property control division of the general services department

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) from the property control reserve fund to plan, design, construct and equip a veterans' memorial and underground parking structure at the northwest corner of Galisteo street and West de Vargas street in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county; and

to the office of cultural affairs

seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000) to construct, equip and furnish an annex to the palace of the governors in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
