HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 6

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE PUEBLO OF COCHITI IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct a pump house and purchase a water pump for the Pueblo of Cochiti in Sandoval county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct a hydrant and gate valve system for the water system at the Pueblo of Cochiti in Sandoval county;

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan and design a comprehensive domestic water system replacement for the Pueblo of Cochiti in Sandoval county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase of equipment, fencing and improvements at the head start playground in the Pueblo of Cochiti in Sandoval county.
