FOR EXHIBIT INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE ABRUZZO INTERNATIONAL BALLOON MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase and install exhibits and infrastructure at the Abruzzo international balloon museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
