FOR UPGRADING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FOR THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN PAVILION AT THE NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state fair commission

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for upgrading the electrical system at the African-American pavilion at the New Mexico state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
