FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SMALL BUSINESS INCUBATOR IN SOUTHEAST ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the development of a small business incubator in southeast Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
