FOR PLANNING AND ACQUIRING LAND FOR AND CONSTRUCTING THE MESILLA VALLEY BOSQUE PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to acquire land for, plan and construct the Mesilla Valley bosque park in Dona Ana county.
