FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 478 AND NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 228 IN MESQUITE IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for a traffic signal at the intersection of New Mexico highway 478 and New Mexico highway 228 in Mesquite in Dona Ana county.
