FOR GROUND DEVELOPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE TO PREPARE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTHWEST VELODROME IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for ground development and infrastructure to prepare for construction of the southwest velodrome in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
