FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR LOS OJOS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION'S WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements and renovations to the water system for Los Ojos mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
