FOR A BUILDING FOR THE HEALTH CENTERS OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO CLINIC AND LAS CUMBRES LEARNING SERVICES IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and renovate a building for the health centers of northern New Mexico clinic and Las Cumbres learning services in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
