FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING PHASE 2 OF THE HANDS ACROSS CULTURES TEEN CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct and equip phase 2 of the Hands Across Cultures teen center in Rio Arriba county.
