FOR ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING AND DESIGN FOR THE DONA ANA COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for architectural planning and design for the Dona Ana county administrative complex.
