FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY IN THOREAU IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase equipment for the northwest New Mexico solid waste authority in Thoreau in McKinley county.
