FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SANDY PICKENS MEMORIAL FOR THE ROSWELL INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES CENTER IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seven thousand dollars ($7,000) for the construction of the Sandy Pickens memorial in the Roswell independent school district administrative educational services center in Chaves county.
