FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ATKINSON ROAD IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements, including paving, widening and curb and gutter, to Atkinson road in Chaves county.
