FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF DEXTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for street improvements in the southwest quadrant of Dexter in Chaves county.
