FOR AN ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITY IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) to plan, design and construct an animal control facility in Valencia county.
