HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1094

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Ben Lujan

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct a traffic light at the entrance to the Espanola valley high school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a district technology center in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county.
