FOR THE MORA-COLFAX HEAD START IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase a building for the Mora-Colfax head start in Mora county.
