FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HESTER HALL AT NEW MEXICO SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico school for the deaf

five million five hundred thousand dollars ($5,500,000) to make improvements to Hester hall at the New Mexico school for the deaf in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
