FOR THE GENERAL BLACK JACK PERSHING INTERPRETIVE CENTER AT PANCHO VILLA STATE PARK IN COLUMBUS IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design and construct the General Black Jack Pershing interpretive center at Pancho Villa state park in Columbus in Luna county.
