FOR PHASE 4 OF THE NORTH DOMINGO BACA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design, construct, furnish, equip and landscape phase 4 of the north Domingo Baca park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
