FOR CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT FOR A HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

four million one hundred thousand dollars ($4,100,000) to complete construction and equip a health and social services building at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
