FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A VEHICLE BRIDGE AT THE BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one thousand dollars ($1,000) to construct a vehicle bridge at the Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
